Playing Time Policy

Club Playing Time Policy (U8 and Up)

Players and families should understand that playing time within USA ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY is not guaranteed, nor will it be equally distributed. While we understand players make tremendous strides in development during matches, our professional coaches will take into account a variety of factors when determining playing time. These factors include but are not limited to: level of play, commitment to the team, training attendance and focus, attitude, specific game situations, and league versus tournament play. While there is no guarantee of any specific amount of playing time, players will be given ample opportunity to earn playing time based on the above criteria.
